In terms of interviewing, the only group that is easily reachable are customers. There’s nothing stopping investors from asking customers what they think about a company – it could even be friends & family. 

Customer perceptions are one of the key factors that determine the long-term success of a business. If customers are not loyal or have bad things to say, it can have a big impact on the growth of the firm. 

Aside from customers, it is often quite easy to find media interviews with the senior management of the firm. A simple search on YouTube can often be enough to find interviews with the CEO of a company. 

Media interviews with the CEO of a company are an excellent way to get insights about that company. The CEO is the leader and it’s important to trust them – if you don’t, you probably shouldn’t invest.
